As a prep cook, you will be responsible for the following:

Preparing meat and seafood for cooking
Preparing sauces
Preparing vegetables for cooking
Cutting meat and vegetables
Exercise food safety and kitchen sanitation practices
Organize cooler/freezer

Requirements for the Job:

Knife skills are required for this job
Be able to lift or carry at least 30 pounds
Be able to work in a fast paced environmen
