Our client is seeking an experienced and qualified Sous Chef to join their team.
Requirements:
  • 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef.
  • Matric.
  • Formal degree/diploma in culinary arts. 
  • Experience in a similar field. 
Job Duties:
  • Assist with the management of the kitchen together with the executive chef.
  • Maintain and implement hygiene standards.
  • Assist with stock-taking.
  • Create and maintain recipes.
Salary: 
R24 000 CTC
