We are so pleased to continue collaborating with a newly refurbished boutique hotel based in a picturesque village near Cirencester. They are looking for an experienced Senior Sous Chef to join their talented team of 12.

- £39,000 per annum plus £5,000 service charge
- Accommodation available
- Working 48 hours per week
- Working alongside a talented team of 12 chefs
- Cooking with locally sourced ingredients
Responsibilities as the Senior Sous Chef…
- Creating a variety of stunning dishes from the hotel's ever-changing seasonal menus for a high volume of diners
- Making the most of the kitchen’s access to fresh, locally sourced ingredients
- Working efficiently alongside the Head Chef to ensure a consistent high quality across the hotel’s multiple outlets
- Passing on your culinary knowledge and expertise to the more junior chefs in the brigade
You will be creating a variety of dishes from the hotel's ever-changing seasonal menus, which are served across multiple outlets. Therefore, this is an excellent opportunity to elevate your kitchen management skills and use the very best locally sourced ingredients the Cotswolds has to offer!
