SUMMARY OF POSITION
In accordance with the mission and values of The Village of St. Edward, the Sous Chef prepares hot and cold foods and supervises activities of food production involving planning, monitoring, processing and implementing established policies and procedures. Adheres to standards and practices in compliance with regulatory agencies. Responsible for supervising and training employees according to the policies and procedures of The Village of St. Edward.
