The Events Chef will be responsible for executing dishes and instruction from established BEO details. They will be taking into consideration allergens, dietary restrictions, and working with the culinary and Sales team to execute on the client’s needs. They will also be given purview over:

Qualified candidates must be able to satisfactorily complete the following responsibilities. Other duties may be assigned.

• Prep needs for large scale events
• Quality control for all dishes presented
• Adhering to timelines notated on BEOs
• Ensuring health standards are exceeded at all times
• Working with the Events Manager and Events FOH / BOH staff to ensure a smooth service and delivery
• Assisting the Executive Chef as needed on large scale events
