Your role requires several outcomes or goals to be met. As a manager, you are expected to be there for your team, enable and empower them to perform, own your operation or shift, and build caring and trusting relationships with your people. You must also engage and communicate with your team, elevate performance through coaching, develop your talent, and champion collaboration within your team and across the business. Most of the time, you will be:
Constantly providing support and maintaining materials (MSDS, Recipe Book and Guidelines, etc.), supplies, etc. to ensure Team Members have the proper tools to provide best-in-class service.
Setting schedules and specific job duties, while maintaining Team Members’ hours for proper staffing as defined through established service standards.
Coaching and counseling Team Members who are not meeting Standards. Understanding the steps of discipline according to Station Casinos’ Policies.
Responsible for participating in the creation of annual budgets. Managing and leading the unit in all forecasting and cost controls to meet or exceed units’ operating financial potentials and goals.

In a perfect world, we would also like you to come with:
Minimum eight (8) years food and beverage/Culinary experience in related fields. Comprehensive food & wine and beverage knowledge preferred.
Minimum six (6) years in varied high volume and fine dining environment with P&L responsibilities preferred.
Must possess and demonstrate strong leadership skills and abilities that will enhance and exemplify the best-in-class culture.
Ability to obtain a Health Card
