Catering Prep Cook job

Nana's Kitchen Inc. is looking for an event prep cook to join our 15 person strong team. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and engaged. Our event prep cook will work along with our cook at an event. We specialize in Mexican food.

• Prepare all items needed for event
• Arrive to event on time
• Set up
• Prepare all trimmings required.
• cook appetizers, hand made tortillas and any other foods required.
• Clean up and put items away for event.

Qualifications

• Mexican food knowledge is a plus
• Bilingual
• DL is a plus
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to spend long periods of time on your feet.
• Great attitude
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to multi-task
