Key Responsibilities:

Lead all culinary operations and ensure exceptional food quality and presentation

Develop seasonal, locally inspired menus

Manage kitchen staff, training, and performance

Oversee inventory, cost control, and food safety compliance

Qualifications:

5+ years in high-end culinary environments
