Line Cook – Fryer Station

$16–$18/hr, based on experience
Le Thai is hiring a Line Cook to run our fryer station! We're looking for someone reliable, fast on their feet, and ready to be part of a tight-knit kitchen team.
What you'll do:
Run the fryer station during evening and weekend shifts
Prep ingredients for service
Expedite orders alongside the kitchen team
Complete nightly deep cleaning duties
Communicate with team members and management throughout your shift
What we're looking for:
At least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced kitchen
Current Food Handler Safety Certification
Comfortable speaking English
Reliable transportation
A smartphone with access to email and text messaging (used to coordinate with the team and scheduling)
Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
Someone dependable who shows up ready to work
Availability needed: Evenings and weekends
