Pasta Design is a modern fresh pasta concept that blends traditional Italian techniques with a contemporary, fast-casual dining experience. We are passionate about high-quality ingredients, handmade pasta, and creating a welcoming environment where guests can enjoy freshly prepared pasta dishes made to order. Monday: 3pm to 8.30pm

Tuesday:3pm to 8.30pm

Saturday: 3pm to 8.30pm

Responsibilities

As a Line Cook at Pasta Design, you will prepare and cook fresh pasta dishes to order in a fast-paced, counter-service environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Cooking pasta dishes to order according to established recipes and quality standards.
• Preparing, measuring, and portioning ingredients, fresh pasta, sauces, and other food items for daily service.
• Assembling and plating orders accurately and efficiently.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen throughout the shift.
• Cleaning and sanitizing kitchen equipment, workstations, and assigned areas at the end of each shift.
• Following food safety procedures, including proper food handling, storage, and temperature control.
• Restocking ingredients and keeping the kitchen prepared for service.
• Working efficiently with the team to ensure fast service and consistent food quality.

Qualifications

We’re looking for individuals who are passionate about food and eager to learn. Experience is required, but here’s what we value most:

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Willingness to learn and follow recipes and food preparation procedures.
• Attention to detail and commitment to food quality.
• Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Line cook experience is required.
