What You'll Do

As a Poke & Sushi Station Prep Helper, you'll play a key role in ensuring our kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently. Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Preparing ingredients for poke bowls and sushi, including cutting, slicing, and portioning fresh seafood, vegetables, and other components.
• Maintaining a clean and organized prep station to ensure food safety and quality standards.
• Assisting the kitchen team with restocking supplies and ingredients as needed.
• Following recipes and instructions to help create consistent, high-quality dishes.
• Collaborating with the team to ensure timely and accurate preparation of orders.

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a sushi or poke-focused kitchen.
• A strong understanding of food preparation techniques and kitchen safety protocols.
• Fluency in English to effectively communicate with the team and follow instructions.
• A positive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a team environment.
