About the Role

At Hash House A Go Go, we don’t just cook food, we build plates that turn heads and start conversations. We’re looking for a Support Prep Cook who thrives in a high-energy kitchen where creativity meets precision and every dish leaves the pass looking legendary.

What You’ll Do

• Own your station during high-volume service while staying cool, focused, and dialed in 
• Prepare and cook stock recipes for all aspects of current menu options 
• Keep your station stocked, prepped, and service-ready at all times 
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department standards like second nature 
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace throughout your shift 
• Handle food storage, rotation, and labeling with precision 
• Support Dish/Line and team needs during slower periods 
• Close down your station properly and contribute to a strong team finish 
• Bring ideas, energy, and a team-first mindset to every shift 

• What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of kitchen experience in a fast-paced environment 
• At least 6 months in a similar line support role 
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work seamlessly with BOH and FOH teams 
• A sense of urgency without sacrificing quality 
• A sharp eye for detail
• Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure 
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
