As a Line Cook at Home and Away, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional food to our guests. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and cooking menu items to perfection while following recipes and kitchen standards.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service during busy shifts.
- Managing food preparation tasks, including chopping, grilling, sautéing, and plating.
- Following health and safety regulations to ensure food quality and consistency.
We’re seeking someone who brings both skill and enthusiasm to the table. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience as a line cook or in a similar kitchen role.
- The ability to lift up to 50 lbs as part of your daily tasks.
- Spanish-speaking or bilingual skills (preferred but not required).
- A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for great food.
- Team player mentality with excellent communication skills.
