What You'll Do

As a Line Cook at TRAPHOUSEATX, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our kitchen runs smoothly and our guests enjoy exceptional meals. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and cooking menu items with precision and consistency.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workstation throughout your shift.
• Following food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe kitchen environment.
• Assisting with food prep and multitasking to meet the demands of a busy kitchen.
• Communicating effectively with your teammates to keep the kitchen running efficiently.
• Supporting the team during high-volume service, especially on weekends and nights.

What We're Looking For

• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment is preferred.
• Availability: Must be available to work weekends and nights.

• Multitasking: The ability to prep, prioritize tasks, and stay focused under pressure.
