Primary Job Requirements
- Come to work on time and ready to work
- Maintain a clean work environment throughout the shift
- Always follow recipes
- Follow all spec methods with production
- Maintain and ensure quality and cleanliness of mise en place
- Prep designated products based on volume (directed by the chef)
- Label all items properly with dates (labels always facing out)
- Always follow proper food storage policies i.e. no food on floor
- Hats and gloves are to worn at all times when handling food
- Minimal stocking and handling boxes
Secondary Requirements
- Cleaning projects may be delegated by chef
