Primary Job Requirements

  • Come to work on time and ready to work
  • Maintain a clean work environment throughout the shift
  • Always follow recipes
  • Follow all spec methods with production
  • Maintain and ensure quality and cleanliness of mise en place
  • Prep designated products based on volume (directed by the chef)
  • Label all items properly with dates (labels always facing out)
  • Always follow proper food storage policies i.e. no food on floor
  • Hats and gloves are to worn at all times when handling food
  • Minimal stocking and handling boxes

Secondary Requirements

  • Cleaning projects may be delegated by chef
