Softies is a pop-up turned restaurant, located at USC Village. We care a lot about making great burgers but we care more about building a team that is culturally strong, professionally efficient, and personally empathetic.
As a Line Cook at Softies Burger, your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and cooking menu items to perfection, following recipes and quality standards.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workstation to ensure a smooth kitchen flow.
- Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure orders are completed efficiently and accurately.
- Following food safety and sanitation guidelines to uphold our high standards.
- Assisting with inventory management and restocking as needed.
We’re seeking a Line Cook who brings:
- At least 1 year of experience in a kitchen or similar cooking role.
- A strong work ethic and passion for creating great food.
- The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A team-oriented attitude with excellent communication skills.
