What You’ll Master
Culinary Artistry: You’ll be the right hand to our Executive Chef, helping to execute a scratch-made menu that pushes boundaries and celebrates local ingredients.
The Business of the BOH: You’ll sharpen your administrative skills by owning inventory, strategic scheduling, and the precision of ordering and receiving.
Line Leadership: You don’t just "work" the line; you run it with passion and grace. You are the heartbeat of the kitchen during a busy service, keeping the tempo high and the quality higher.
Mentorship: You’ll help cultivate a kitchen culture where the next generation of cooks feels inspired to learn and excel.
